Bandai Namco company Posts $350,000,000 Loss, Will say to Sack 10% of employees to maintain the ongoing of the company.
Speaking of Bandai Namco most will be familiar with their production of arcade games like Tekken 6.And if we were to talk about console gaming.I think most whom played their game..... The TALES series will be the first to come to mind.
Tekken fans no worry,the blame are not put on tekken 6 as it is more or less obvious that its sales is great and high. However, oversea gamers are suspecting that the tales game are at fault.The following are the sales figures through the YEARS
Tales of Fantasia – 249,000 (SNES ’95)
Tales of Destiny – 829,000 (PS ’97)
Tales of Eternia – 669,000 (PS ’00)
Tales of Destiny 2 – 763,000 (PS2 ’02)
Tales of Symphonia – 323,000 (GC ’03)
Tales of Rebirth – 596,000 (PS2 ’04)
Tales of Legendia – 343,000 (PS2 ’05)
Tales of the Abyss – 556,000 (PS2 ’05)
Tales of the Tempest – 206,000 (DS ’06)
Tales of Innocence – 246,000 (DS ’07)
Tales of Symphonia – 212,000 (Wii ’08)
Tales of Vesperia β – 203,000 (360 ’08)
Tales of Hearts – 259,000 (DS ’08)

Looking at this figures really make fan wonder if they should think twice before they burn their pockets for the oncoming Tales title.But of course just the sales figures alone from tales will not be able to explain the loss of great amount from the company.But man I sure hope Tales company stop making any more wierd beta version of its game to cheat the fans as I too have great expectation from them.
